Viotros specialities include Viotros White (alternative to Feta), TANDO GRATED (Parmezan type), Formagino, Altino and different slices. Viotros products do not differ from ordinary cheese in taste or nutritional value. The brand’s competitive advantage is based on minimal cholesterol content, since milk fat is substituted by vegetable oils. Some Viotros products are also lactose free.
